35 varied day walks among the rocky mountains, forested slopes and idyllic wine country in and around Girona. Routes range from 5 to 19km and cover Garrotxa, Ripollès and the Cadí-Moixeró Natural Park.
Seasons
Most routes can be walked between Apr and October-November. The routes in the lower Garrotxa can be walked in the winter as well. Snow covers the Girona Pyrenees in the winter.

Olot, Albanyà, Oix, Saderness, Ripoll, Berga, Bagà, Ribes de Freser, Queralbs, Núria, Vallafogana de Ripollès, Camprodon, Setcases, Saldes, Gósol, Mirador de Gresolet.
Difficulty
The graded walks range from easy to longer and more challenging routes. Reasonable level of fitness is required to climb the highest peaks in the region. There are some more demanding walks above 2000m and 2500m in the Girona Pyrenees.
