This is a selective rock climbing guidebook covering the Argentiere Basin in the Monte Blanc range. The Argentiere Basin is often described as Mont Blanc's hidden gem with adventurous climbing high in the mountains on perfect granite rock. The guidebook covers 15 different areas and 99 routes around the Aiguille d' Argentiere and Aiguille Verte, with many of the routes close to the Refuge d' Argentiere. For each area there is approach information, a map, and a description of the character and style of climbing to be found.
