Ghana is a lovely place, but mapping it accurately has been frustrating for years. With each new edition, the publishers piece together the tidbits gleaned from travellers and users, discount the lies put forth by government officials and do their best to improve. Thanks to a lot of assistance by persons who wish to remain in the background, they have been able to make major modifications to this edition to, hopefully, bring this country’s mapping closer to reality than has previously been possible. They have spent many wonderful weeks exploring Ghana, and would love to return to enjoy its lush jungles, pristine beaches, and historic castles.
