Southern Argentina at 1:2,200,000 on a double-sided map from ITMB with, on the reverse, more detailed coverage of the whole Tierra del Fuego archipelago, including the Chilean side, at 1:750,000, plus a street plan of central Ushuaia.
On one side is Patagonia, with coverage extending northwards to just south of Buenos Aires. Altitude colouring shows the topography, with spot heights and names of peaks and mountain ranges. National parks and other protected areas on both sides of the border are highlighted. Road network indicates paved or unsurfaced roads and includes selected local tracks. Distances are shown on main routes and border crossings are marked. Railway lines are included, domestic airports are marked and the map also shows internal administrative boundaries with names of the province. Symbols indicate various places of interest. Latitude and longitude lines are indicate by margin ticks at 3º intervals.
On the reverse similar mapping presents in more detail the whole of Tierra del Fuego, with coverage extending north to Rio Gallegos and Puerto Natales. Ferry routes are marked. Latitude and longitude lines are drawn at 30’ and 1º respectively.
