Sergio Dini

Sergio Dini (Cesena 1961), magistrato, è Sostituto Procuratore della Repubblica presso il Tribunale ordinario di Padova. Dal 1988 al 2008 è stato Pubblico Ministero presso il Tribunale militare di Padova dove si è occupato di indagini relative a crimini di guerra perpetrati in Italia durante la Seconda guerra mondiale. È stato presidente dell’Associazione Nazionale Magistrati Militari e membro del Consiglio Superiore della Magistratura Militare.
