With contour lines at 100m intervals, it clearly marks the international E4 mountain trail and the most popular footpaths around Plastira lake, in cooperation with Trekking Hellas.
It clearly and accurately illustrates the entire road network, all the villages and settlements. The scenic routes, which are better enjoyed riding in a jeep or an enduro motorcycle, are highlighted in green. It provides precise distances in kilometres from intersection to intersection. The position (geographic coordinates) of certain critical intersections is marked so that you are certain of where you are if travelling with a GPS.
The map is accompanied by a 24-page colour booklet insert, with an alphabetical index of all villages, a concise presentation and historical information of the Agrafa region, a presentation of Karditsa and lake Plastira, all in English and Greek.
It covers a much larger area (encompassing Karditsa to the northeast, Argithea to the northwest, the Kremaston lake to the southwest and Rovoliari to the southeast) than any other competitive map sharing the same title.
